Below Are the Official Contest Rules For Our January 2012 Airline Ticket Giveaway
KHM TRAVEL/ APPLE VACATIONS AIRLINE TICKETS GIVEAWAY
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Here is how to enter: Complete the Official Entry Form either at a KHM Travel bridal show booth during the month of January, 2012 or online at http://honeymoonvacationspecialist.com/contest then “Like” KHM Travel Agency on Facebook. Bridal show locations include; Michaud’s Towne and Country Bridal Extravaganza held on Sat Jan. 7, 2012 in Strongsville, Ohio, John S. Knight Convention Center Show held on Sun Jan 8, 2012 in Akron, Ohio, IX Center Show held on Jan 14-15 2012 in Cleveland, Ohio, South Park Mall Show held on Jan 28-29 2012 in Strongsville, Ohio, Ever After Bridal Event held on Sun Jan 29, 2012 at Landerhaven in Beachwood, Ohio. Limit one entry per couple.
3. ENTRY DATES: To be eligible for the final random drawing, entries must be deposited at the KHM Travel Group Booth on the final day of each Bridal Show listed in Rule # 2 or completed on line at http://honeymoonvacationspecialist.com/contest by no later than Feb 29 2012. KHM Travel Group is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries; or entries not received in time for the final random drawing. All entries become the property of KHM Travel Group and will not be returned.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received at the Bridal Shows listed in Rule # 2 and on-line at http://honeymoonvacationspecialist.com/contest, by KHM Travel Group, whose decision is final. The drawing will be held on or about March 1, 2012. All prizes will be awarded. Winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by either telephone or e-mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline date.
5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Two Grand Prize Winners will receive two round trip airline tickets provided by Apple Vacations for travel to Cancun, Mexico or Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (Total package worth approximately $600.00). One second prize winner will receive one Bridal Serenity Spa package including a $200.00 Spa Finder gift card, plush bath robe and spa set. (Total package worth approximately $300.00)
6. GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States. Must be 18 year old or older at the time of entry and edgadged to be married to be eligible to win.
7. Prize redemption based on flight availability at time of booking. Bookings must be made no more than 30 days prior to desired travel date. Winners must utilize airline tickets in conjunction with an Apple Vacations package. Winners responsible for all airline taxes, government fees, Sept. 11 fee, foreign country entry fees and airport transfers. Airline tickets must be redeemed for travel no later than March, 2013.
8. By entering this contest, you give KHM Travel Group permission to contact you regarding future travel promotions. Employees of KHM Travel Group, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. KHM Travel Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to KHM Travel Group and its agencies to use the winners name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and the decision of KHM Travel Group.
